1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Allende FST, which specializes in private passenger transportation from various locations to and from San Miguel de Allende and surrounding areas.

2. Reservations

• Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability.

• Basic information is required, including name, number of passengers, and places of origin and destination. If coming from the airport, the flight number will be needed.

• Confirmation is provided only through direct communication with the Company (phone call, message, or email).

3. Changes and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be communicated with reasonable notice to allow the service to be rescheduled.

• We kindly ask that you notify us at least 8 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time.

• There are no cancellation fees, but timely notice is appreciated.

• If the client does not show up without prior notice, the vehicle will be released and the reservation will be considered forfeited.

4. Punctuality and Waiting Time

• The Company commits to arriving on time at the agreed pick-up point.

• Passengers are expected to be ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

• A reasonable courtesy waiting period will be provided before the service is considered unavailable.

5. Luggage and Belongings

• Standard luggage per person is allowed. Any additional or special luggage must be mentioned when booking.

• The Company is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Safety and Conduct

• Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the vehicles.

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.

• The driver may suspend the service if there is inappropriate or unsafe behavior by any passenger.

7. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

• We are committed to providing professional, comfortable, and safe service at all times.

8. Special Services

• Customized services, such as multiple stops, sightseeing tours, or hourly use, must be requested in advance and will be quoted individually.

9.Payment methods

• Payment is made directly to the driver in cash, by bank transfer, card payment, or any electronic payment platform.

• Payment is made when the trip ends.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
